1 spoonbutter spread
1/4 cuponion
1/2 cubecheese
Aa neededCoriander leaves
1green chilli
to tasteSalt
As neededoil

Toast the bread slices and spread butter on it

Beat the egg with onions, corianders, green chilli and salt
3

Heat a pan with some oil and spread the beaten egg and form an omelette
4

Remove and put grated cheese from top on the omelette and enjoy with bread
