  • 3 tablespoonfamila sour ujimix flour
  • 4 cupswater
  • 1 teaspooncardamon powder
  • to tasteSugar

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil 2 cups of water, mix flour with 1& 1/2 cups of cold water.

    Add the mix of water and porridge to the boiling water and mix well.

    Add cardamon and sugar and let the porridge boil till the forms disappear and the porridge is well cooked.

    Let the porridge cool and serve.
