Actually these kababs I made from my flop corn dhokla

I used the un puffed dhokla

Mash the boiled potatoes and add
Some roughly crushed corn Kernels to it. - 4
Add Salt and red chilli powder
Finely chopped onions, green chills, coriander leaves - 5
Mixed all and make round patties
Coat them with bread crumbs - 6
Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties

Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney
