Crisp khichdi thepla (leftover khichdi)

Take wheat flour, khichdi and all other ingredients except ghee or butter. Knead tight dough (no water needed). Measurement of flour depends on consistency of khichdi. If your dough kneaded soft, add more flour.

Make small balls from it, coat with regular flour and roll out small and slightly thick thepla on plastic sheet. Roast on both sides on tawa at low flame till golden and crisp. Apply ghee or butter. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
