  • Whole wheat spag
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Maggie
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Red pepper
  • Onions
  • Garlic(optional)
  • Dry fish
  • Egg
  • G/nut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate scotch bonnet,red pepper and onion

  2. 2

    Stir fry d grated ingredients in a pot with three table spoon of g/nut oil then add in d spices,dry fish and allow to cook

  3. 3

    Add in whole wheat spag and allow to cook

  4. 4

    Cook egg and serve
