Ingredients

4 person

1 ltrfull cream milk
2 tbsLeftover bread crumbs
4 tbsSugar
2 tbsMilk powder
Aa needed Dry fruit chopped optional
Aa needed Colour balls for decorations

Steps

1

Take a pan add milk and boil it until half or thick
2

Add milk powder in 1/2 cup of cold milk add this into boil milk
3

Add bread crumbs sugar let it cool put it in the kulfi mould
4

Freeze it over night remove the mould and garnish with colour balls
