  1. 1/4 cupDaliya Dal
  2. 1 tbspjada poha
  3. 2 tbsp sugar
  4. 1 tsp lucknawi saunf
  5. 5-6 strandssaffron
  6. 2elaichi
  7. 5Almonds
  8. 1 tspchironji
  9. as requiredGhee (1 tbsp approx)

15-mins.
  1. 1

    Except ghee grind all together in a mixer grinder. Remove in a plate & add ghee as needed.

    Bind till dough consistency, make equal rounds, press in center with the help of thumb and place chironji in center & press little. So Healthy, yummy magaj are ready to serve.
