Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlsboiled rice
  2. 250 gmcabbage,
  3. 125 gmcauliflower
  4. as neededbeans and peas
  5. 1big Capsicum,
  6. 1orange carrot
  7. 1 tbspcorrriander leaves
  8. 1 tspKasturi Methi
  9. 1 tspwhole garam masala
  10. 1 tspbriyani masala
  11. to tastegreen chillies
  12. as neededOil
  13. 3-4garlic pods
  14. 1" ginger

Cooking Instructions

    In a Sepri,put little oil,whn heating,put whole garam masala ( tezpatta,2/3cloves,1big and small elachi,jeera, cinnamon,stir fr a while,thn put boiled rice,

    In a pan put 2/3 tsp oil,put first slit green chillies and grated garlic and ginger,thn put grated onions,stir till it become pinkish,put all chopped vegs,cover it,till all water absorb and put haldi, Red chilli powder and salt as per requirement

    Lastly make two sections of rice,orange and green colour,mix with vegs,gve tadkaa of oil with briyani masala and granish with corrriander leaves and Kasturi methi and serve with curd and roasted papad,and yummy it taste
