Ingredients

  1. 1cup dhokla mix
  2. 1/2cup beetroot puree
  3. 1/2cup water
  4. 1tsp baking soda
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. 1/2 sachet eno
  7. 2drops red colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Take dhokla mix in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add.all ingredients,oil and baking soda

  3. 3

    Lastly add eno and mix finely

  4. 4

    Grease small bowls and pour battar in bowls

  5. 5

    Steam dhokla for 20 min.

  6. 6

    Cool a little and demould

  7. 7

    Now serve as desire

  8. 8

    Our healthy dhokla are ready
