1/2 cupBeetroot pulp
1/2 cupCurd
1 tbsp Carrots finely chopped
1 tspGreen chilli
1/4 tspAdrak
to tasteSalt
1 tspEno
1 tspOil

Steps

In a bowl mix all ingredients except oil and eno.

Mix well and make soft batter.
Now grease Appe pan.
Heat it in medium flame.

Now put eno in batter and stir continuously till light and fluffy.

Pour in appe pan.
Cover and cook for a min on medium flame.

Flip it and cook for min on other side.

Take out in serving bowl and enjoy with choice of ur dip or chutney
