#Very delicious bengali sweet made from cow milk.
Steps

Put milk to boil. When one boil comes switch off the flame.

In a bowl take 1tbsp lemon juice. Add 2 tbsp water to it.

Add lemon juice to milk and stir until milk curdles.

When milk curdled completely drain it on muslin cloth.

Rinse the chenna under the running water.

Tie the cloth and hang it for atleast 2 hours.

Knead the chenna to make it soft dough for 3 to 5 minutes.

Make small balls from it.

Add sugar and water to a wide pan. Stir it and bring it to boil.

Then add balls to it. And close the lid immediately. Cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes or till the balls will be double in size.

Serve chilled.
