Whisk the eggs very well.. Then mix it with half teaspoon black pepper powder salt as taste, transfer it to a oil greeze bowl. Then take cups of water in a pan heat it to boil and low flame and put the bowl into it and cover it with a lid.. Steamed omelet takes 15 minutes to cook. When omelette is cooked cut it into square size pieces with a knife and keep it aside.

Now take a pan heat it and add mustard oil. When oil seems to be heated add 1 dried red chilli, 1 bay leaf, 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds saute it for a minute. Then add the paste and saute it for 2 minutes now add all the spices add little water and let it cook till the oil separates from the spices. Now add one cup Lukewarm water mix the water with spices very well and let it to boil. Now add the milk let it boil

Then add the pieces of steamed omlete..let it to cook until the gravy become concentrated.. Now add the butter and cover the pan... Turn off the flame... Steamed omelet gravy is ready to serve..
