Boil milk in a vessel. Once it comes to a good boil add lemon juice and let it curdle. Strain and wash it with water. Let it strain for 5 minutes. Now take the curdled milk in a bowl and add salt, pizza seasoning, chives and chilli flakes. Mix thoroughly. Again put in in a cheese cloth and keep in a strainer with some weigh on top. The cottage cheese will be set in 30 minutes. You can add this to salads or have it with some toast.
