1/2 cupwater
1 sacheteno
to tasteSalt

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.set aside for 15 mins so that sooji fluffs up

Now add Eno fruit salt and whisk again

Pour in idli stand greased with oil and steam for 15-20 min
4

Steve hot with Coriander chutney,coc onut chutney and sambar
