  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1 tspHaldi powder
  4. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. as requiredWater
  7. as requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make batter using besan, haldi,red chilli powder, salt, water. Mix and make a smooth batter.

    Now dip the onion rings one by one and deep fry them.

    Serve with any chutney if your choice.
