Ingredients

30 mints
  • 3 cupsoaked sabudana
  • 1 cuproasted, peeled and crushed peanuts
  • 4-5boiled and smashed potatoes
  • 4-5green chilli
  • 1 tspJeera crushed
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspSugar
  • Fresh chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl mix all above ingredients, Knead like a dough to get a perfect binding.

  2. 2

    Make desired sized balls and flatten slightly with palm.

  3. 3

    Heat oil on high flame, now deep fry wada's on low to medium flame.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with sweet curd.
