1 cuppineapple juice or pineapple slice
1 cupsugar
1 cupcanned coconut milk {I use full fat}
1/4 cupheavy whipping cream
1 tsp.vanilla extract
8 cupscubed ice
4 pcspineapple slice & some coconut powder

Take pineapple slice or pineapple juice in a blending jar.

Add all the ingredient and blend well.

Decorate the glass with coconut powder. Top 1 pc of pineapple slice and served chilled.
