This is a super simple, quick recipe for when you need something chocolatey, but dont want to bake a huge batch of something. It's also an awesome recipe for kids to make. Recipe adapted from: bitzngiggles.com

Dry Ingredients:
4 tbsp.all purpose flour
3 tbsp.granulated sugar
1heaping tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp.baking powder
Pinchsalt
Wet Ingredients:
5 tbsp.milk
1 tbsp.unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp.vanilla extract
2 tbsp.semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Then whisk in the wet ingredients until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour this mixture into a greased mug (at least 12 oz. size or a little bigger).

Pop the mug into the microwave for 90 seconds. That's it. Sprinkle some powdered sugar over the top or plop a scoop of ice cream on top and enjoy it!

I love to bake and to try out new recipes! I'm always on the lookout for simple dinners for busy weeknights.
