Ingredients

  1. 4tomatoes
  2. 3chillies no seed
  3. Plenty of salt
  4. 1red pepper
  5. 1/2 bunchspring onions
  6. 2garlic cloves
  7. 100 mlvinegar
  8. Juice of 1 lime
  9. 50 mlextra virgin olive oil
  10. 20 grparsley or coriander, stalks and all

Steps

  1. 1

    Grill on your bbq all the veg

    Add all the ingredients to your blender/food processor/hand blender and blitz slowly till you manage the texture you like. I prefer my really thick and chunky.

  3. 3

    It has to be very acidic and salty as you can use it as marinate, in sandwich, on your tacos (of course)

    This will keep for a week in your fridge as it’s a vinegar base type of sauce. You can also blend it even further/thinner and make a mayo with it. ENJOY.
