Cut up a packet of ham

Mix eggs and ricotta well

Add other ingredients and mix until all blended well

Roll out the pastry into a pie tray. Trim edges and prick with a fork

Add mixture and spread evenly

Use trimmings to decorate. Bake at 180 for 35-40 mins. My advice is to make it the day before. Eat cold or reheat in the oven at 160 for 15 mins
