By adding fresh chopped green methi, coriander(fresh dhaniya), salt, red chilli into flour

Now in a oan take little ghee

Saute chopped onion

Now add peas and crumble paneer into this

Spice it up witb salt, chilli, lemon juice,chaat masala

Make parathas of that green dough

Spread some chutney/ketchup of yout taste on paratha..

Now spread paneer and matar stuffing over paratga

Roll this into a roll

Your green protein roll is ready to eat
