1 cupfresh green gram
2 tbspfresh green garlic
3 tbspbutter
2 tbspgrated cheese
1 tspblack pepper powder
to taste Salt

Clean & finely chop fresh green garlic with greens.

Heat butter & saute garlic for few seconds. Then add green grams, salt & pepper powder, mix well & saute few minutes.

Lastly add grated cheese, mix well and after 1-2 minutes turn off heat & serve hot.
