Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kggrated lauki/ bottle gourd
  2. 1/2ltr milk
  3. 3 tbspsugar
  4. 1/2 bowlcream/ malai
  5. as neededchopped almond
  6. as neededchopped cashew
  7. 2 tbspdesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok add desi ghee add grated lauki and milk and cook till milk absorbed in lauki.

  2. 2

    Add cream or malai and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Garnish with chopped almonds and cashew and serve hot.
