In a bowl sift flour and semolina, add the egg and the oil

Mix and knead for 5mins, cover and let rest for 10-15mins

Divide the dough into 2.. Roll 1 part flat... fold till the end, use a knife and cut in strips.

To make the ribbon past.. roll the dough flat.. fold into 2, cut out squares, use 2 fingers to pinch/press the sides of the square.

U can use immediately for stir fry, do not put in water. OR dry it for later use
