Ingredients

1 slicepork liver (sliced and coated with a bit of cornstarch)
1 bunchgreen onions
1small piece ginger
1 teaspoonsalt

Steps

Bring water to a boil, add pork liver for about 20 seconds to remove blood, then drain and set aside.

Heat oil and sauté the white parts of the green onions and ginger, add the pork liver, then add the green parts of the green onions before removing from heat and serving.
