Ingredients

12 minutes.
3-4servings.
  1. 2green brinjals
  2. 1capsicum
  3. 8-10French beans
  4. 6-8lady's fingers
  5. 2-3parwal
  6. forcoating:
  7. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  8. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 tablespoonkashmiri chilli powder
  10. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  11. 1 teaspoonamchur powder
  12. 1 teaspoonsalt
  13. 3 tablespoonsoil

12 minutes.
  1. 1

    Wash and cut vegetables as shown in picture.Blanch for 2minutes exept lady's finger and capsicum.

    Mix all the spices of coating in a bowl,add 1 tablespoon oil.Coat the vegetables one by one.

    Heat a non stick pan,put oil.Arrange all the vegetables as shown in picture.Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 2-3minutes.

    Remove lid and fry on high flame for 1minute or till golden.Serve with mint/dhaniya chutney.
