Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 3/4 cupSweet Corn Kernels
  2. 2medium boiled Potato
  3. 2Green Chillies finely chopped
  4. 1/4 teaspoongrated Ginger
  5. 4-5Garlic cloves
  6. Leavesfinely chopped Coriander
  7. 1/4 teaspoonGaram Masala Powder
  8. 2 teaspoonsLemon Juice
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Grind 3/4 cup boiled corn kernels, ginger, garlic, and green chilies and make a corn paste.

    Take mashed potatoes to a large bowl. Add breadcrumbs, corn paste, coriander leaves, garam masala, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.

    Roll each portion into a ball and flatten it to make round shaped.

    Heat tawa over medium flame for shallow frying.

  5. 5

    Add 2 tablespoons oil and spread it.

  6. 6

    Place 6-7 patties over it and cook over a medium-low flame.

    Flip them and cook another side until golden brown.
