Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut plantain into desired shape.

  2. 2

    Heat oil until hot and fry the plantain.

  3. 3

    Break eggs into bowl, add seasoning and onions. Whisk very well and fry

  4. 4

    Put the fried plantain and eggs on a plate. Add the chicken and voilà its ready to eat
