Bring all your ingredients together

In a saucepan, add pork,chilli, salt, bay leave and simmer for about 20 minutes or untill the meat is tender

Once cooked add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the onions and stir evenly. Let it cook for a few minutes. Remove from the heat and transfer to another surface

In another saucepan, bring water to boil, add some salt and cook the French beans. Be careful not to overcook. Drain the water and boil a cup of water and blanch the carrots. Remove from the heat

Serve the pork and the vegetables with your favorite starch. Garnish appropriately. I preffered ugali in this case
