Pressure cook the minced meat along with ginger-garlic paste, spice powders,seasonings, salt and water for 5 minutes on a low flame, then after the first whistle.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute’ onions, green chillies,spring onions and curry leaves. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and stir fry.

Add the cooked minced meat, pepper powder, garam masala and knorr cube. Stir fry till it is dry. Garnish withdiced green sweet peppers.

Yummy ‘Minced Meat and Egg Scramble’ can be served with rice, rotis and bread
