First take a mixing bowl add gram flour and all ingredients except oil mix it and add little by little water to make a medium thick smooth batter

Now take bread slices I take round wheat bread. Now heat a pan with 2 tbs oil. Dip the bread in vegetable gram flour batter from both sides and immediately place on hot pan.

Flame should be med to low and roast from both sides till crispy. From both sides. Meanwhile check carefully. Now make all bread with veggies mixture. And serve hot with ketchup and enjoy in the breakfast or evening in rainy season with tea.
