To make gidhuma dosa mix well the flour salt chillo cumin with water to make thin runny batter.

If using a pan that doesn't having a non stick coating add few drops of oil smear it well.

When the tawa is hot enough pour the better thinly from a little height do not spreat it like a normal dosa.

Drizzle some oil to words the edges when it cooked, rise dosa is thick flip back and cook to get a crispy dosa.
