  • 6cashews
  • 1Red chilli powder
  • 2onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 1cardamon
  • to tasteSalt
  • 5Black pepper
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 1 tspjeera powder
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • 1 tspRed kasmiri mirchi powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • as neededcoriander leaves
  • as neededOil
  • 1 tspTermeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan add oil fry little bit.. like onion all garam masala kaju ginger garlic.. and grind and keep aside..boil patato and peel of skin and fry in oil by adding salt termeric red chilli.

    Than. In another pan add oil add than masala and stir for 5 mint than add patato and litt bit of water.. garnish with coriander..
