Ingredients

5-6guys
  • 500 gmcabbage
  • 2 handfulsweet corn (kernels peeled, save the cob)
  • as needed(Vegetables stock)
  • 100 gmshitake Mushrooms(rough chop)
  • 100 gmyellow onions (diced)
  • 50 gmchinese calery(rough chop, stems and leaves separated)
  • 30 gmgarlic (rough chop)
  • 100 gmreddish (rough chop)
  • 100 gmcarrot(rough chop)
  • 3-4tbsn cooking oil
  • As neededwater (6-8cup)
  • (Seasoning)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • As neededsalt(1.5tbsn)

Steps

  1. 1

    Stock:-in a large pot, heat cooking oil until hot. Stir fry the onions, garlic and chinese celery stemps until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Then add and mix well the Mushrooms, raddish and carrots. Stir fry for about 2minutes. Then add water and bring it to a boil.

  3. 3

    Soup:-once boiling, add the cabbages, sweet corn kernel and the cobs. Cook for 30minutes.

  4. 4

    After that discard the cobs add chinese celery leaves and serve.

  5. 5

    To gate a more potent soup, countinue cooking for another 30 minutes.
