Toss pineapples with the salt, dhanya jeeroo, chilli powder, methi masala and sugar in a dish
In a saucepan, boil water, vinegar and maziena.
Allow to thicken on stove and add to pineapples.Fry mustard seeds, whole jeeroo and curry leaves in a little oil.
Add to pineapples... Toss.. Allow to cool... Then refrigerate and serve chilled
