1 tspcumin/coriander (dhanya jeeru)
1 Tblsp chilli powder
2 Tblsp pickle masala(methi masala)
2 Tblsp sugar
1 cupwater
1 cupvinegar
3 Tblsp corn flour(maziena)
Mustard seeds
leavesCurry
Cumin seeds(Whole jeeru)
+-2 tblspLittle oil

Steps

Toss pineapples with the salt, dhanya jeeroo, chilli powder, methi masala and sugar in a dish
In a saucepan, boil water, vinegar and maziena.
Allow to thicken on stove and add to pineapples.
Fry mustard seeds, whole jeeroo and curry leaves in a little oil.
Add to pineapples... Toss.. Allow to cool... Then refrigerate and serve chilled
