  • Buncha plucked moringa
  • Seasoning

  • Onions
  • Bell peppers

    Wash the crushed rice transfer into a colander

  2. 2

    Wash the moringa and mix it with the washed rice add spices maggi oil chopped onions and grated peppers and steam till soft

    Serve wit stew or sauce
