Prep your ingredients and preheat oven to 200degrees

Wash and clean your potatoes with skin and wrap with aluminum foil, grill for 20 mins. Let them cool before unwrapping

Mix the 3/4 cheese with cream and green onions and set aside. The 1/4 cheese will be used later

Once the potatoes are cooled cut both ends and scoop the potato meat with a spoon half way to create a hollow.

Fill the potato with cheese mixture

Slice the bacon and wrap around the potatoes and use toothpick to hold the bacon.

Preheat the oven again to 175 degrees

Place them on the oven wire rack,grill for 30mins. Remove from oven sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the potatoes and return in the oven to grill for a further 15mins. They came out so beautiful both inside and outside. Enjoy with your favorite dip
