For making aloo tikki add all the ingredients and make dough.

Grease palms with refined oil and make tikki and deep fry them.

Take a bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, black pepper, and salt. Mix them nicely.

Heat tava. Cut Paav in two pieces. Cook it on tava by using butter or desi ghee.

When it is done..Spread mayonnaise on both cooked Paav then place onion, tomato, tikki, paneer slice, again tomato, onion, sprinkle chaat masala, cover it with another cooked paav. Ready to serve.
