Melt the chocolate using a double boiler method.

Pour 3 to 4 tablespoon of the melted chocolate in the heel mould and rotate the mould so that the chocolate covers the inner walls of the mould and put in the fridge for about 1 hour.

Add some more melted chocolate in the mould for the second coating and repeat the rotation process. Put the mould in the fridge till the chocolate sets.

Remove the heel from the mould and decorate it with sprinkles. You can use it as a cake topper.
