Clean the rice. In a rice cooker add the rice and water (water measurement is taken as water:rice is 3:1 ratio). Add all the chopped vegetables, masalas (whole, dry & powder), salt, sugar, ghee.

Cover the rice cooker and switch on. Keep in cooking mode for 20-25 minutes.

Once done, carefully check using spatula and ensure rice grains are not broken.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh coriander (chopped).
