Steps

Boil the soft fresh maize and peas together for a few minutes

Peel the irish potatoes and chop them to smaller sizes. Chop the french beans and carrots to smaller sizes too.

Chop onions,garlic,ginger and tomatoes.

Add oil in a sufuria,once ready add onions then garlic then ginger and tomatoes. Add some salt for taste. Fry till ready then add the irish potatoes,boiled peas and maize,french beans and carrots. Add some water and cook till potatoes are ready.

Serve while hot
