Peel and wash the yam,grate it

To the grated yam add spices,seasoning,egg and Scotch, onion mix

Add to nylon

To pot add water, put and the nylons and let it cook for 30min

After 30min...to bowl add eggs,seasoning, spices and whisk,

Remove from the nylon and cut to desired shape put the patties to egg

Deep fry on medium heat oil until golden brown
