Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 2baby corn diced
  • 1/4medium broccoli separated into florets
  • 2medium yellow zucchinis sliced
  • 5-6French Beans sliced diagonally
  • 1medium onion finely chopped
  • 21 tbspfinely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 inchesGinger finely chopped
  • 2 inchlemongrass finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspGram flour
  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 cupBoiled rice noodles
  • to tasteCrushed black peppercorns
  • For garnishing
  • 1/3 cuproasted peanuts
  • 2 Tbspfried onions
  • 1 Tbspfinely chopped fried garlic
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1/2 tspchilli oil/ chilli flakes
  • as neededFew fresh spring onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, onion, lemon grass, veggies, sauce for 2 mins.

  2. 2

    Add coconut milk, noodles, salt, turmeric, pepper, make it boil, now add gram flour and whisk it properly.

  3. 3

    Now serve hot in a bowl with peanuts,garlic, onions, spring onions lime juice, and chilli oil. Enjoy.
