Simple potato sauce
It's easy, delicious and goes with almost anything
Steps

Peel and dice potatoes into small chunks and deep fry it (don't let it go crispy fried, just a little golden and soft)

In a nonstick pot, chop onions and stir fry it for a minute
- 3
Add your blended peppers, chilli and tomatoes (you can cut it into small pieces instead) let it simmer for a minute or two

Add your green veggie. Add salt, curry and seasoning of your choice and stir well

Add the fried potatoes and let it simmer for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.

Serve with any dish of your liking. Enjoy
