Maida roll
Maida roll is a tasty snack easy and quick to make.
Steps

Take out the flour in a bowl. Mix 1/4 spoon salt, curd and Knead soft dough with water. Cover and leave dough for an hour.

For preparing stuffing, peel the boiled potatoes and crumble them finely. Place a pan over flame. When the pan is hot splutter kalonji. Then add finely chhoped onion saute for a while. After sauteing add black salt, black pepper, red pepper, mango powder and garam masala. Now add mashed potatoes and cucumber. Mix everything really well. Stuffing is now done and ready, turn off the flame.

Take out a small lump from the dough, shape it like a ball and flatten it with roller with 8 inches diameter.If the dough sticks to the rolling surface, lightly sprinkle the dry flour.

Heat the tawa or griddle.
Put the rolled dough onto it. Let it cook for 1 mins till the bubbles come out. - 5
Now turn that and put the stuffing lengthwise in the middle. Now apply water in the corners and fold from all the side.

Apply oil on both the side and cook for few seconds till it become light brown. Now take out maida roll in a plate it is ready to serve.
