Wash all daal. and soak in water for 15 min. Now cook daal on low falme with ginger garluc paste tutmeric powder and salt until it cook properly.

In Mustard Oil first cook garlic, mustard seeds, button chillies and cumin seeds and karri leaves until they start popping then add brown onion and tomatoes and all masala and bhoonify well.

Add the masala in cooked lentil put on dum or for best result cook in handi for 1 hour in low flame
optional if you want it more rich then add cream 2 tbsp and in the end give baghar of little butter and chilli - 4
Use green chili and corrainder for garnishing
