Wash the Pabda fish..Take one heat resistant large bowl so that you can mix the fish with all the spices and paste and mustard oil well add little water also.. Now take a large pan in which the bowl can adjust well.. Pour water as much as it not come out while set the bowl into it.. Heat the the pan when the water started boiling low the flame and set the bowl and cover the bowl with air tight lid so the fish get enough steam to cook..

Just check it in every 5 minutes and also heed to the level of water..If water level seems to be less pour water into the pan carefully.. When it seems to like be done add 4 slit green chillies.Steamed mustard Pabda is ready to be served.
