Sossi
Sossi can be very delicious once you give it a chance. Karibu.
Steps

Chop the onions, garlic, tomatoes and hoho then set them aside separately.

In a sufuria heat oil then add the chopped garlic, let it cook for 30 seconds then add the onions and salt to taste.

Put the sossi soya in a dish and rinse with cold water only once to remove the powdery particles.

Add the rinsed sossi to the cooked onions, stir and let it simmer for a minute. Then add the tomatoes and hoho (do not stir, add very little water) and cover the sufuria. Let it cook for 2 or 3 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.

Add the royco cubes and stir. In a dish mix the royco in 500ml cold water then add, Stir then let it boil for 3 minutes. Add the chopped coriander then let it steam for a few minutes then serve with rice or spaghetti or chapati.
