Ingredients

3 cupsidli rice
1 tspfenugreek seeds or methi dana
1 cupurad dal
1/2 cuppoha

Steps

Soak rice and fenugreek seeds for 6hrs and urad dal for 4hrs separately

Grind them together...keep this mixture in dark place or warm place for fermentation for 8-10 hrs

Pour this mixture in idli moulds and steam for 10 mins...ur white beauties are ready.
