Make sheera for dipping the jalebi. Sieve the flour.

Mix water with maida till thick pouring consistency. Then add ENO and mix well. Mix well. Its risen ur flour mixture.

Then put in the piping bag and fry on medium flame. Light Brown it from both sides.

Fry it all. Then dip into sheera for a 1 min to soak the sheera. Then serve.
